Clause 1

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 To register and use the abn8 Platform, you must:

1. Be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration;
2. Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
3. Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
4. Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of abn8, nor a close family member of such a person;
5. Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion active on the abn8 Platform.

2.2 By registering an account on the abn8 Platform, you confirm that all of the above eligibility criteria are satisfied. abn8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Clause 3

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the abn8 Platform. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, email, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. abn8 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and funds assessed in accordance with abn8's anti-fraud procedures.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership. abn8 reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, incomplete, or materially misleading.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abn8 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Not allow any other person to access or use your abn8 account;
• Notify abn8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered, particularly where your account holds a significant balance.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). abn8 may at any time require Members to complete identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal of funds above applicable thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

Clause 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. abn8 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Additional methods may be added or removed at abn8's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Deposit Terms. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your abn8 wallet except in circumstances of a verified technical error on abn8's part. Minimum deposit amounts apply by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. abn8 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. abn8 targets a processing time of one (1) to two (2) business days for verified accounts; actual settlement times depend on the receiving financial institution. abn8 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing withdrawals above specified limits, and to request KYC documentation from any Member prior to releasing funds.

4.4 Currency and Conversion. The abn8 Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit. If a deposit is made from a source denominated in a foreign currency, any conversion costs or exchange rate differences are the sole responsibility of the Member.

Clause 5

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 abn8 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All such offers are subject to:

• Specific wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be met before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Time limits within which the wagering requirement must be completed;
• Game and bet-type restrictions specifying which products contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage;
• Maximum bet limits that apply while a wagering requirement is active on an account.

5.2 abn8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the offer being claimed by a Member. Once claimed, a bonus will be governed by the terms stated at the time of the offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy. abn8 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Prohibited activity includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk complementary bets to satisfy wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"), opening multiple accounts to claim single-claim bonuses more than once, and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional offers. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

Clause 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the abn8 Platform are governed by the specific product rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, casino game, or betting market, as displayed within the Platform at the time of bet placement.

6.2 Palpable Errors. abn8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were the result of a manifest error ("palpable error"), including but not limited to: clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical malfunction, data feed errors, or human input mistakes. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's abn8 wallet.

6.3 Live Betting. Bets placed on live ("in-play") markets are accepted subject to real-time odds updates. abn8 does not guarantee that live odds will be available continuously for all events. abn8 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. abn8 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the Platform and vary by product and market.

Clause 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abn8 Platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any betting market or casino game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain — any such gains will be reversed;
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that facilitates illegal financial transactions;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention methods;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abn8 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

Clause 8

Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the abn8 Platform — including but not limited to the abn8 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, data, and game content — is the property of abn8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without prior written consent from abn8;
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on the Platform;
• Using any abn8 branding or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

Clause 9

Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abn8 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss arising from use of the Platform;
• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or communications network outages;
• Any loss resulting from a Member's failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors beyond abn8's reasonable control.

9.2 abn8's total liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 10

Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 abn8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• A Member's account being subject to a legal order, regulatory direction, or court injunction.

10.2 Member-Initiated Closure. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting abn8 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

10.3 Surviving Provisions. Clauses 7, 8, 9, and 11 of these Terms shall survive the termination of a Member's account and remain in full force.

Clause 11

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction in which abn8 is licensed and operated.

11.2 In the event of any dispute between a Member and abn8, Members are requested to first contact abn8 customer support to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

11.3 Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an agreed arbitration body. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Clause 12

Amendments to These Terms

12.1 abn8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Substantive changes will be communicated to Members via:

• A notice posted prominently on the abn8 Platform;
• An email notification to the registered email address on the Member's account, where applicable.

12.2 Continued use of the abn8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.2.

12.3 The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at abn8.asia/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
